Create customers for life and increase margin with Tech Data Optimise Tech Data Optimise gives your customers access to the best technology, today. Customers don’t need to wait for budget cycles or capital expense approvals because they can purchase Apple products and services through a term subscription. That means one low monthly fee with all products and services rolled into one affordable, consolidated bill. Implementation, training, services and maintenance can be included in the subscription. This allows for rapid deployment and more frequent technology refreshes because their products and services are managed under one contract.

How does it work?

You start by building your basket in Eden, as you normally would. Once you have selected all of the products and services, you can select “generate a quote”. A monthly price will be provided for all of the items in the Eden basket in a quote that is good for 30 days. What happens after your customer accepts the quote?

  • The Optimise program office will instruct you on ordering the equipment and support you in delivering the solution to your customer
  • The Optimise program office will ensure funds are dispersed correctly to you and Tech Data
  • The equipment is delivered to your customer just like orders are normally fulfilled
  • During the life of the customers contract the Optimise team will work with you closely to add more hardware software and services to the customers framework contract

The contract simplifies follow-on sales and allows you to refresh and upgrade products for your customers more frequently.
